When building our company over 30 years ago, we decided to take the prospective of the client, whose knowledge of building structures is not as developed as that of a professional engineer, architect, contractor etc. With that as our premise, we have dedicated a large portion of our overall company philosophy to being approachable, listening to our clients versus always lecturing, and most importantly, coming up with solutions instead of always pointing out problems. We require our clients to frequently complete evaluation forms throughout each project, and to their feedback we listen. Our work pretty much speaks for itself, and our repeat clientele do all of the bragging for us.
